With everything that is going on it is hard to maintain balance and remain calm. Yet, we must. This is our home that we return to again and again. It is where we find joy, unconditional love, and wisdom. Everything is there in our home of Buddha nature in our heart chakra in the center of our chest. It is complete. Take a few deep breaths. Focus on awareness itself, free of the senses, the sixth mind. Don’t do anything, just be. Just be still and wide open. Follow nothing. Grasp at nothing. Be free. Just be still.
