Self-doubt and ridicule erode our happiness making us feel inadequate, anxious, and afraid. None of us are perfect. We all make mistakes as imperfect human beings wandering in samsara blown by the winds of karma and delusion fueled by ignorance. It is time to say, “good-bye” to self-doubt and self-ridicule. Allow these dysfunctional ingrained habits from our youth to finally leave. No more suspicion, cynicism, and guilt. Breathe easy. Relax. Awareness sparkles in the present moment. Touch it with your mind and heart. Feel the light and be happy again. Skip and whistle joyfully with confidence.
