When we sink emotionally, we forget gratitude. Living in grace we receive the blessings of the Buddhas. Our virtuous actions of concern for others and not taking appearances to be real lead to this state of grace. There is no grasping or clinging. Living in grace is sublime. There is an underlying subtle joy of the mind and the body. We are balanced and present with awareness just observing everything internal and external. We are not doing anything. We are just being without disturbing the natural flow. From within this mental space of grace we act compassionately.
