Compassion is the reason we are alive. It is the purpose of our life. Survival depends on it. This is a mantra I want you all to write down, copy many times, and display wherever you spend time, so you can read, reflect, and meditate on it throughout the day: THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OURSELVES AND OTHERS. NONE OF WISHES EVEN THE SLIGHTEST OF SUFFERING, NOR IS CONTENT WITH THE HAPPINESS WE HAVE. REALIZING THIS, MAY WE ENHANCE THE BLISS AND JOY OF OTHERS.
