When we learn to love ourselves deeply with the same love a mother has for her child, we have a good foundation to spread unconditional love to others. Loving others more than ourselves is required. It doesn’t mean we put ourselves down. Rather, we put others up. There is just one of me, but nearly 8 billion other human brothers and sisters, and nearly infinite numbers of animals, insects, etc., all deserving of our love. Additionally, there is mother earth, home for all of us. Extend your love to beings throughout our universe and all infinite parallel universes.
