We have been beaten down badly in so many ways during this awful pandemic. It’s time to renew and get back up and thrive. When we are exhausted, depressed, and out of gas, it’s time to regain hope. Without hope there is no future. Hope for the best, yet prepare for the worst, is a realistic way to strengthen hope. Digging down deep to find the courage to come out of the weeds and muck is not easy, but necessary for thriving. Momentum in the positive direction points us in the right direction. Being kind to ourselves, remembering the decent actions we’ve done, and not just the mistakes, lifts us to recognize the bigger picture. We are alive and breathing. This is cause for celebration. Remembering everyone like us just wants to be happy, lifts us even more.
