Sometimes you win. Sometimes you lose. In the grand scheme of things, it is not that important. When I was 6 years old, lying in bed, the walls automatically appeared to recede out, and further out, and further out. This happened many times over several years. I felt like a speck of dust within the grand scheme of things. My anxiety melted away. Remembering the grand scheme of things, the vastness of space and time, puts our ego in proper perspective. We are not that important. Yet, we are important in being able to help others.
