Every day, every moment is different. To have an open mind and heart, we must be open to change. This means sidelining preconceived notions like, “I can’t do it,” or “it will never happen,” or “it must be this way.” Being open means actually being open. It means not being stuck in the past or the future, not being stuck in concepts. It means being fresh and vivid in the present moment. This is being fully awake and alive. It is unconditional love.
