So many people are suffering layer upon layer. Only the tip of the iceberg is apparent. Please remember this when you interact, even virtually, with others. Be kind. Be aware of their trauma. The amount of emotional trauma during this last year is off the charts. You know this from your own experience and can extrapolate to others. Please practice forgiveness, not only towards others but also towards yourself. As a human community we need to heal together, each one helping the other. It takes courage and understanding how we are all suffering. Remaining open and nonjudgmental is essential.
