Uncertainty has become the new normal

For a year many of us have been feeling like we are tumbling in a washing machine. For some of us, much longer. These are normal feelings given the disruption to our lives created by the pandemic. Our event horizon is no longer stable horizontal in front of us. It is now up, then down, and everywhere in between, constantly changing. No wonder we are confused, fearful, anxious, and sad. The little control over our lives we had previously is gone. Uncertainty has become the new normal. In some ways this is healthy as it shakes us out of our comfort zone, and forces us to think outside the box. The opportunity is in front of us to gain new perspectives on what makes us tick, and help us grow.
