Too often we get swept away into the future, or dragged back into the past. We miss out being present. It is in the present that we find balance, that we find our center. In the present we feel well. It is where we cultivate love and compassion, bolstered by the wisdom that knows appearances are false. Knowing appearances are false, we release grasping at our ego. Step by step this brings freedom. It is a state of profound joy, utter relaxation and clarity.
