Dismantling our false ego opens the heart to unconditional love. Our selfish reactivity lessens. Our destructive emotions lessen. There is inner peace and tranquility. All is one taste, the taste of reality as it is. The taste of unlimited compassion and wisdom, as they are. Pure vision develops. There is no turning back from the path. These are the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha down to HH Dalai Lama.
