Dharma practice is 24/7, not just when on the cushion. Everything you see, say to yourself, “no real.” Everyone you see in pain, on the inbreath, take their suffering. On the outbreath, give them love, and wisdom. Practice patience instead of anger. Be generous to everyone. Avoid harming anyone. Be diligent. Concentrate on reality. See yourself, your actions, and their objects like images in a dream. Nothing exists on its own.
