When the world and our emotions are going up and down like a roller coaster, a stable foundation helps to keep us grounded. Awareness, the ability to be present, observing everything without grasping anything while suspending judgment, is a wonderful foundation. When that is too difficult, bring to the foreground our ethical dimension, thinking, speaking, and doing no harm. At least do the best we can. When we get stuck, please remember all the other millions and billions of people who are also stuck. Send them glue! Send them “unsticking solvent” beams of light filled with joy, some of which land back on you.
