When you’re hot, you’re hot. When you’re not, you’re not. And that’s o.k. Rather than reacting with excitement, or with self-doubt and “why me,” just observe. Remain centered in the flow. Maintain balance. Keep the energy inside. Be alert, but at the same time, relaxed. Always think of the welfare of others. This is self-compassion since it opens our heart and brings meaning to our lives. This is other-compassion as it brings joy to others. Being in the flow bathed in love is grace. This scent perfumes the surrounding people and animals. This scent of grace wafts throughout the air, land, and sea helping to balance all living beings. It calms anger and conflict, and relaxes anxiety and fear. It brings safety.
