We’ve had amble time to step back and reflect on our lives these last two years. What stands out for me is the preciousness of having a positive direction in life. A direction that fosters happiness for me and for those around me. Without this I would be lost and might find life depressing. Because life can be depressing with all its inequities and injustice. Yet, having a positive direction allows me to handle adversity better. Adversity will always be there. That is what samsara is all about – adversity. Learning to transform negativity into positivity in my life has given me an inner radiance and strength.
