Did you ever notice that we interact with the world through our eyes? Perspective through our eyes assumes there a single point from which everything is experienced. That point is “me.” We take it for granted. Try investigating to see if you can find that ‘I.” What is it, what are its characteristics? Then try to relax that egocentric vantagepoint that separates the world into “me” over here, and “them” or “it” over there. Relaxing that point fixation from an egocentric perspective expands our experience into vastness. There is no center. There is no edge. Just spaciousness. Alertness yet relaxation. Our deeper mind is like that. In fact, ultimate reality is like that. It is from here that unconditional love flows.
