Life can become complicated. At least we can make it complicated. We might get wrapped up in a project and forget everything else, ending up drained and exhausted. Then another project. Then old age and death. We go through life this way, intense pushing followed by collapsing due to exhaustion. We lose sight of balance and wander away from our center. Coming back to the present moment, just observing and not reacting, helps us center again. By doing so, we sustain good energy by avoiding the extremes of uber intensity and exhaustion. This is how we rejuvenate and find inner stillness and peace. Come back home.
