We make life complicated. We over think. We think we should do this, and we think we should do that. We tie ourselves in knots. We have expectations of perfection, and are let down again and again. We are trying to change the world, but fall short and feel guilty. We worry about the future, and perseverate about the past. In these ways we work ourselves into a frenzy. The longer we live our lives like this, the deeper these habits ingrain. And the harder it is to change them. Please don’t procrastinate any further. TODAY, start recognizing these dysfunctional patterns. Make a commitment to work on reducing and eliminating these self-imposed life-complications.
