We have a physical home as well as a spiritual home.

We have a physical home as well as a spiritual home. The latter we need to cultivate, or more precisely, recognize. It is a place of refuge from all the chaos, emotional gymnastics, and tricky ego. As we take refuge from the rain under an umbrella, we take refuge from anxiety, worry, and fear in our spiritual home. It is a place of love. It is a place of tranquility. It is a place of wisdom. It is a place of bliss. In Asia, when we speak of spiritual home, we automatically place our hand over the center of our chest, near the heart chakra. This is where the subtlest mind resides, in our heart chakra. It is our potential for complete goodness, our Buddha Nature.
