Learning to be in present moment calms the mind. Letting go of any fixation, while staying awake, allows us to settle more deeply into awareness. This is our natural mind. It is where peace of mind if found. With a little tending to the ground, fertilizing, and watering, unconditional love and wisdom grow within awareness. In awareness, everything has the same flavor, colored by the experience of vastness and profundity. It is our true home. It is our refuge. It is wellness exponentially developed.
