Shantideva in his Guide to the Bodhisattva’s Way of Life writes, “Life is momentary and deceptive; the body is like an object on loan for but a minute.” Therefore we must seize the moment and make the best of it right NOW – leave behind all harm to others and ourself. Practice concern for others. In this way we help ourself also. His Holiness the Dalai Lama is teaching this great classic text right now here in Osaka, Japan. Emaho!
