Judging others negatively is like poison. It comes back around criticizing ourself regardless of what we do or think. The poison spreads like a black cloud. Recognize this critical attitude and remind yourself it is unhealthy. Guilt is often mixed with a critical attitude. It can lead to cynicism. Then the poison becomes toxic. So step back, take a deep breath, and feel happy. Pull out the poison. Feel whole again. Regain balance and wellbeing. Expose the negative judgment for what it is. Happy New Year to all.
