Put ourselves and others down

We tend to put ourselves and others down, even subliminally without being aware, being overly critical. This is like scratching our nails on a chalk (white) board. It disturbs our energies, and hence our mind, throwing us off balance, often without knowing why. Introspection can help us realize and change these destructive attitudes. Cultivating healthy self-confidence frees us from self-doubt and jealousy, opening our heart to courage, meaning, and genuine concern for others.
