Negative judgment towards ourself and others constantly is in the background, draining our inner peace and happiness. It can lead to suspicion, cynicism, and hopelessness. It distorts our wisdom as it abides in not understanding reality. Even in samsara it inhibits our cultivation of healthy self-confidence. Healthy self-confidence is where we put no one down, not ourself, nor others. So please recognize negative judgment and let it go. It does not help us or others. Cultivate healthy self-confidence.
