When outer circumstances challenge us to the max, inner strength becomes essential. Courage, self-confidence, and resilience cultivate inner strength. We need to be strong and not cave in, by staying calm and observing well what is going on. When we find an opening to stand up and bring positive change, go for it. Seize the moment.
