When our attitude or mood is a little down we must be careful. Our mind can easily turn to criticism and cynicism. We can start doubting others and doubting ourselves. During these times it is important to be very careful not to fall prey to these negative attitudes, thoughts, and emotions. If we do, we need to do something to get us back on track. When we are putting others down we are also losing our self-respect. So without guilt be very careful especially at these times. If we miss it and get swept up in negativity, no problem. It is no cause for guilt. Rather practically, next time we’ll try again.
