Jealousy is like a cancer that eats us from inside. Its motivation is often hidden, but somehow feels empowering by putting others down. While this may have some limited benefit, overall it feeds insecurity by measuring our own worth at the expense of another. Recognizing jealousy and its harm is half the battle. Liberating it becomes easier. Let it go, as it is no longer useful. Cultivate appreciation and be happy.
