I woke up this morning with a smile singing silently, “Zippidy dooda, zippidy aye; my or my what a wonderful day. Plenty of sunshine com’in my way, zippidy dooda, ziddidy aye.” When we are happy, think of others. It reduces excitement. When we are sad, think of others. It lifts our mood. In both situations thinking of others brings peace, and a calm joy, and benefit to others.
