Getting hurt can be a blessing in disguise. It can bring us closer to others who are hurting. We can wish their pain resolves fully, and link this to the breath. When we breathe in we imagine taking all their pain, and imagine their pain transforms into healing energy. When we breathe out, imagine filling them all, including yourself, with this healing energy fully eliminating their (and your) pain. When we breathe out remember to let go of others’ pain.
