Be mindful

Sometimes life can be exhausting. We feel tired and worn out with no reserve. The tank is on empty. At these times, stop, breathe, and rest. Come back to the present moment. Be mindful. Walk a little while focused on your feet. This is walking meditation. Do some 9-round breathing, or pranayama. Practice a little meditation focusing on your breath. Be particularly gentle with yourself at these times as you might be fragile and vulnerable. Do not push at all. Relax. Regain your balance and strength. Center yourself and refresh. Get a good night’s sleep. Tomorrow is another day.
