Is the mind all over the place, here, there, and everywhere? Everything around us is often in chaos. Naturally our inner would of mind and heart will follow suit. Our outward focus keeps us dizzy spinning in circles. So take a moment or two to settle our inner world. Practice 9-round breathing; practice meditating on your breath; practice walking meditation. Take a walk in nature. Be gentle with yourself. Really love yourself without narcissism. Then really love others. We start to center!
