Our outward focus keeps us dizzy spinning in circles. So take a moment or two to settle our inner world. Practice 9-round breathing; practice meditating on your breath; practice walking meditation. Take a walk in nature. Be gentle with yourself. Really love yourself without narcissism. Then really love others. We start to center!
