Find your center — where you are balanced. Try your best. Come back to the present moment — let thoughts and emotions flow through you as if you were invisible. Imagine these uncomfortable thoughts and feelings becoming a white cloud far away in the blue sky. The cloud drifts across the sky and dissolves along with your uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. Do this again and again. It doesn’t work the first time.
