Life can be up and down. Our job is to smooth it out and be gentle with our self. Forgiveness plays a crucial role. If we always concentrate on our mistakes, we’ll constantly struggle. Let’s also remember the positive things we’ve done. We can train ourselves to forgive. Gradually we will reduce our old habit of feeling guilty that we are not good enough. Through forgiving our self we are taking good care of our self; we are being gentle with our self; we are being kind to our self. This kindness towards our self then radiates to others around us.
