Oscillating between low self-esteem and over self-esteem we ride the waves of life. Finding the balance and center helps even out the ups and downs; a breath of fresh air — calm and peace. When guilt rears it’s ugly head, don’t run away from it. Firmly inform it that it is no longer needed. It is no longer functional. In fact it has become dysfunctional. Because it has become a habit, often from childhood, it keeps coming back. So seize the moment and resist. Take control. Tell guilt it no longer has a home here.
