When we try to meditate we often feel sleepy and may even fall asleep. Most of us are tired, stressed, and sleep deprived. So it is natural when we slow down, sit, and try to meditate we fall asleep. Slowly with practice we will find the balance point between relaxation and alertness. Our minds will become more fresh and alert without being too excited and tight. So never give up!
