Often we get stuck in a funk. We are paralyzed and taken over by insecurity. We cannot accomplish anything. Nor can we just relax and be. Trying to push out of it just drains us. So let go and allow things to flow again. Often a few deep, cleansing breaths helps. A round peg will not go through a square hole no matter how hard we exhaust our self. So when we at stuck, in a funk, and paralyzed by fear and insecurity, just let go. Relax, breathe, and do nothing. Just be. Let the flow go by itself.
