During Christmas holiday season many people open their hearts. Of course for some it is a very challenging time sometimes punctuated by thoughts of self-harm. When we feel the cheer and openness, let’s keep those feelings warm and extend them beyond the holiday season. If we feel depressed, try to remember others who are having similar feelings. Send them love and connection bathed in delicious five-colored light. Wishes for a joyous holiday season and beyond.
