Cultivate a life of awareness. Rather than being reactive, be introspective. At the same time be spontaneous and natural. This spontaneity comes with cultivating awareness. Drop into the present moment as much as possible. Gradually you’ll be able to function fully in the present moment being fully aware. Love and altruism express themselves naturally. It takes practice, like any other excellent quality of mind or body, and needs to be cultivated. So try it!
