Take a deep breath

When we get exhausted and overwhelmed, take a deep breath. Even take 12 breaths of 9-round breathing. Remember the big picture. Be kind to yourself and give yourself credit, but don’t overdo it. Feel happy to be alive. This is very precious and often forgotten. Yes we have obstacles, but also opportunities. Be kind and gentle yet firm standing up to teasing, bullying, and dishonesty. Life becomes meaningful even when outside things are crumbling.
