If you allow me, I would like to expand our forgiveness practice to include others; all others. We often get caught up in our own stuff and forget the other 7 billion human beings and countless animals. Everyone is suffering, and often filled with hurts they cannot liberate. So while working on our own hurts and forgiveness, please think about all others who are in a similar boat. Extend your forgiveness practice to them imagining it to be successful bringing them sustained joy. This will also help you immensely! Win-wins are rare; when you find them go all out!
