We are filled with dysfunctional habits. One is putting our self down. Probably we’ve been doing this since childhood. It is time to let go. Recognize the associated thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. Remember the shining gem of goodness we ALL have within us. Smile, relax, and let the dark cloud pass.
