Just being introduced to the concept of healthy self-confidence is helpful. Of course getting there takes time, maybe a lifetime. It is putting no one down – not myself and not others. It frees up guilt. It frees up selfishness. It frees up negative self and other criticism. It frees us from feeling we are never good enough. It elevates others, as they are more numerous than me – I am only one person, without putting myself down.
