Letting go is an awesome healthy attitude. It frees us up for the important stuff, like bringing decency and integrity back into our country and world. Letting go is like a solvent that unsticks. It unsticks our habitual dysfunctional habits of reactivity, righteousness, and arrogance. This takes a load off our shoulders. It opens our heart and allows forgiveness. Forgiving ourselves is paramount. Feeling good about ourself is essential. We are not perfect, and that is o.k. In fact, it is human. To error is to be human. Letting go also brings clarity of mind. It liberates all the junk, all the continual internal dialogue, worry, anguish, and fear. The mind becomes clearer and thus in a better position to make good decisions. Let go, and engage in wholesome activities to benefit yourself and others.
