They set the tone for the day that is light and joyful. Worry, anxiety, and fear are quieted. The present moment is fresh and alive. We breathe fully and relaxed. Everything sparkles. We feel ready for anything! Anything! Cultivating forgiveness and gratitude are doable when we make concerted effort. Once started forgiveness and gratitude snowball, gaining more and more momentum.
