Meditation Retreat in Tokyo
Compassionate Life Innovation
Message from Dr. Barry Kerzin
We will hold a 2-day weekend retreat that you all are welcome to join. The essence will be innovative compassion. When you are sad, practice compassion. When you are happy, practice compassion. Compassion is the very best medicine. This is an innovative, new way of thinking. We will also discuss and practice the full form of universal compassion, called Bodhicitta. Included in Bodhicitta is the wisdom of emptiness, which we will discuss following the teaching on the Heart Sutra, Hanya Shinkyo. During both days we will practice a variety of meditations, even outdoors weather and conditions permitting. Please don’t miss this special event.
Dr. Barry Kerzin will lead a 2 day non-residential meditation retreat in Tokyo this November. The retreat will be comprised of a combination of lectures and practice.
