Message from Dr. Barry Kerzin

The world around us is chaotic and stressful. In order to cope with these outer circumstances in a healthy way, it is necessary to change our inner world. Cultivating more tranquility through meditation builds resilience. It buffers us against outer negativity and stress. It keeps us balanced. Regular meditation trains us to be in the present moment. It refreshes and relaxes us, making us more immune to outer stress and negativity. In this 2-day retreat we will practice different types of meditation and learn how to change our life through meditation. It will teach us how to start a regular daily practice of meditation. Please join us.
