Message from Barry Kerzin

Meditation is a way of life. How do we integrate it into our daily lives? Especially in this upcoming new era with the inauguration of a new emperor and empress, we have to rethink our values and prioritize what is important in our lives. In this short meditation we will be in silence and look more deeply inside to help balance our life. Come join us in the pursuit of happiness and wellbeing.

– Barry Kerzin
