Life is like a roller-coaster ride. Fasten your seat belt. Don’t fall out. It is amazing how quickly things change. One moment feeling good like everything is “going my way.” The next moment, the bottom drops out. We have some physical imbalance, pain and discomfort. The roller coaster turns upside down. Then it rights itself riding to the crest with some unexpected good news. Reaching the top, it tumbles down faster than all get out. Again, we crash feeling doubt, anxiety, and great fear. Things are always changing. The roller coaster never stands still. Keep your belt tightly fastened for the ride of your life. Rather than react to everything with huge emotional swings, stay calm, stay alert, stay centered, stay present. See everything like a dream. Enjoy the ride.
