Mistakes are part of life. We are all human, and to err is to be human. Recognizing our mistakes and not beat ourselves up is a healthy way to live. We try to learn from mistakes, but often do not. Still, not beating ourselves up is a healthy way to live. Yet becoming complacent to our mistakes is negligence. Thus, we try to find the middle ground, once again.
