Mistakes are part of life. We are all human, and to err is to be human. Recognizing our mistakes and not beat ourselves up is a healthy way to live. We try to learn from mistakes, but often do not. Still, not beating ourselves up is a healthy way to live. Yet becoming complacent to our mistakes is negligence. Thus, we try to find the middle ground, once again. Not beating ourselves up when we make mistakes, yet not becoming complacent when we do.
